Uprising

Updated: Apr 27, 2020

We want the luxury of a smooth life;

and we want upgrades along the way.

We avoid reading the one instruction

manual that came from God

because it doesn't hail our Park Avenue plans.

No one reads,

"you were born on a battlefield",

and comes back for more.

We prefer to be the blind leading the drunk.

But this is a choose your own adventure,

and the choices are revealed in a mysterious Book of the King

collecting dust on your shelf.

Lucifer chose.

The fallen angels chose.

Adam and Eve chose.

None of us are fond of their choice after we read about the consequences.

Yet presented with our moment in history,

our brief moment on the stage of life,

we drink the Kool-aid: that having sex and going shopping...all will be well.

"Let's make Earth our Pleasure Island and build our own heaven that doesn't need God."

The serpent offered us a different apple and we took it

like we haven't read the book of mysteries.

All heaven is watching.

They saw the first "falling" from heaven;

trembled at the second "falling" from Eden.

Wrote a story about it,

for those who have ears to hear.

And now they watch.

Perfection was granted twice in the beginning,

and pride rejected His plan.

Now you are born in the

Battle of the Ages,

in the midst of all out rebellion,

with a greater opportunity given you,

then given Satan or Adam...

to choose to obey God with everything against you.

Reverse Eden,

and gain everything back that they lost.

Choose you this day

whom you will serve.

Join the Uprising.

Blessed are those who having not seen, yet

Believe.
